Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Finance; CPA is a strong advantage.
• Strong knowledge of cash management, forex trading and banking products.
• Experience in managing bank relationships end-to-end.
• Experience in cash management systems/tech projects with banks/IT partners.
• Ability to structure financing and manage forex exposure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cash management across bank accounts and units.
• Maximize surplus cash via sweeping, pooling, and short-term investments.
• Minimize borrowing costs through funding mix optimization.
• Supervise treasury team and report to CFO.
• Lead forex trading activities with proper controls.
• Manage bank relationships and credit facilities.
• Drive treasury systems projects and system integrations.
• Provide reporting and scenario analysis to management.
