Job summary

KKV Supply Chain Corporation is seeking a Department Supervisor/Assistant for the SM Mall of Asia location. You will oversee a department in a fast fashion retail setting, aiming to meet monthly sales targets and provide excellent customer service.

The role involves store opening/closing, maintaining cleanliness and displays, managing inventory and cashiering, and addressing customer feedback. Strong communication, service mindset, and ability to work shifts are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast fashion, supermarkets, retail stores, or shopping mall preferred.
• Pleasant, presentable, cheerful with good communication skills and a sense of responsibility.
• Willing to work shift hours aligned with outlet operations.
• Good service mindset and familiarity with basic computer operations.

Responsibilities

• Understand and achieve monthly sales targets and support sales operations.
• Store Management: open and close stores daily.
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure quality shelf displays.
• Product Management: manage inventories, check expiry dates, handle defects and samples.
• Service Management: cashiering, customer service, and handling complaints.
• Ensure accurate invoicing/receipts and cashiering.
