Responsibilities

• Oversee daily concession operations including stock management, visual merchandising, and POS transactions.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
• Recruit, train, and supervise concession staff for consistent customer service.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock ordering to minimize shrinkage.
• Maintain visual standards and product displays to drive impulse purchases.
• Build relationships with retail partners and landlords for smooth operations.
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure health, safety and retail regulations compliance within the concession space.
• Manage concession budgets including labor, inventory, and operating expenses.
• Report performance metrics to upper management.
