Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the concession and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales and operational reports.
• Supervise, coach, and motivate concession staff to achieve operational and sales objectives.
• Ensure proper staffing, scheduling, attendance, and performance management of employees.
• Maintain excellent customer service and promptly address customer concerns and complaints.
• Monitor inventory levels, product availability, stock movement, and proper merchandising.
• Ensure accurate handling of cash, sales transactions, and daily sales reconciliation.
• Coordinate with the concession partner, mall management, and other concerned departments regarding operational concerns and requirements.
• Ensure that the concession area is clean, organized, properly maintained, and compliant with safety and security standards.
