Job summary

TL Sales and Management Services Inc. is seeking a dynamic Retail Brand Manager based in Cubao, Quezon City, Metro Manila.

You will oversee brand operations across multiple retail sites, ensuring consistent brand presentation, customer experience, and sales performance across locations. You will translate brand strategy into operational excellence, lead store-level teams, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to execute campaigns and launches.

Qualifications

• Proven retail management experience, ideally across multiple sites or regional operations.
• Strong leadership and people management abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of retail operations, including POS, inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service standards.
• Ability to analyse sales data and financial metrics to inform strategy.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of brand management principles and enforcing brand guidelines across locations.
• Problem-solving and adaptability in changing market conditions.
• Proficiency with retail management software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field is preferred.
• Experience in the Asia-Pacific region or similar emerging markets is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies across all assigned retail locations to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer experience
• Manage and oversee day-to-day operations at multiple retail sites, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store layout optimisation
• Monitor sales performance, analyse trends, and implement corrective actions to achieve or exceed sales targets across all locations
• Recruit, train, and manage retail staff at multiple sites, ensuring high levels of customer service and product knowledge
• Conduct regular site visits and audits to ensure compliance with brand standards, company policies, and operational procedures
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to execute promotional campaigns and product launches effectively across locations
• Maintain and build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including regional managers, corporate teams, and retail partners
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform brand positioning and identify growth opportunities
• Prepare detailed reports on brand performance, profitability, and operational metrics for senior management review
• Ensure all locations maintain appropriate inventory levels whilst minimising stock obsolescence
