ADDESSA CORPORATION, a leading appliance retailer, seeks an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Gapan City store in Nueva Ecija. This full-time role will oversee daily operations, ensure profitability, and uphold top-notch customer service while developing a high-performing team.

You will drive sales, manage staff, and maintain merchandising standards in line with company guidelines, while implementing promotions and building strong relationships with customers and suppliers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail store management or similar leadership role.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and financial goals.
• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficient management of all business activities.
• Monitor and achieve sales targets, profitability goals and KPIs for the branch.
• Lead, recruit, train and motivate store staff to deliver excellent customer service and meet operational standards.
• Maintain store appearance, merchandise displays and visual standards per company guidelines.
• Implement promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives to drive footfall and sales.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers and community stakeholders.
