About the role

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our store operations in Porac, Pampanga. This is a full-time position that plays a pivotal role in driving the success of our retail branch. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, ensuring profitability, maintaining excellent customer service standards, and developing a high-performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficient and effective management of all business activities
• Monitor and achieve sales targets, profitability goals and key performance indicators for the branch
• Lead, recruit, train and motivate store staff to deliver exceptional customer service and meet operational standards
• Maintain store appearance, merchandise displays and visual standards in accordance with company guidelines
• Implement promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives to drive footfall and sales
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers and community stakeholders

What we're looking for

• 2+ years of experience in retail store management or a similar management role
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and financial goals
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills at all levels
