ADDESSA CORPORATION is seeking a capable Branch Manager to lead the Subic store, oversee daily operations, drive sales, and maintain exceptional customer service standards.

You will develop a high-performing team, monitor KPIs, uphold store standards, and implement promotions while aligning with company guidelines. This is a full-time, on-site role in Subic with competitive pay and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail store management or a similar role.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and financial goals.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficient and effective management of all business activities.
• Monitor and achieve sales targets, profitability goals and KPIs for the branch.
• Lead, recruit, train and motivate store staff to deliver exceptional customer service and meet operational standards.
• Maintain store appearance, merchandise displays and visual standards in accordance with company guidelines.
• Implement promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives to drive footfall and sales.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers and community stakeholders.
