Job summary

You will drive sales, manage staff, and maintain merchandising standards in line with company guidelines, while implementing promotions and building strong relationships with customers and suppliers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail store management or similar leadership role.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and financial goals.
• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.

• Monitor and achieve sales targets, profitability goals and KPIs for the branch.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our store operations in Gapan City, Nueva Ecija. This is a full-time position that plays a pivotal role in driving the success of our retail branch. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, ensuring profitability, maintaining excellent customer service standards, and developing a high-performing team.
