Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or any 4-year business course.
• Professional: At least 2 years’ experience in billing and collection; experience in power industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accurate and timely billing of electricity services across contracts.
• Supervise a team of billing specialists and ensure compliance of billing inputs.
• Collaborate with departments to understand contract provisions and translate into billing terms.
• Prepare and manage billing reports and metrics.
• Maintain customer satisfaction through clear communication in billing processes.
