Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or relevant course.
• Proven ability to generate CASA deposits and grow account portfolios.
• Skilled in maintaining and enhancing client relationships through regular engagement and cross‑selling.
• Ability to assess client banking needs and evaluate creditworthiness for various loan and credit products.
• Able to articulate banking products, conduct persuasive sales presentations, and coordinate with internal teams.
• Capable of working closely with branch operations and guiding staff on product knowledge and cross‑selling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase deposits and account base.
• Conduct market prospecting and client presentations; submit Call Reports to the Region Business Head.
• Cross-sell bank products and refer leads across units to add value for clients.
• Ensure prompt handling of customer requests and resolution of complaints.
• Coordinate with Branch Manager to train staff on products and cross-selling.
• Lead regular branch staff meetings on new products and service updates.
