Job summary

UnionBank seeks a Relationship Manager to design, plan, execute, and manage sales and marketing strategies to maximize deposits and business volume, while collaborating with service and operations teams.

You will generate new business by acquiring CASA deposits, grow the client portfolio, maintain strong client relationships through regular calls and presentations, identify client needs, cross-sell banking products, and support credit opportunities with proper documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven sales experience with CASA generation, portfolio growth, and client acquisition.
• Strong relationship management skills with ability to deepen engagement and cross-sell.
• Knowledge of banking products, credit assessment, and financial solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business by acquiring CASA deposits, growing the client portfolio, and achieving sales targets.
• Build and strengthen client relationships through regular business calls, presentations, and account management.
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions while actively cross-selling products and services.
• Evaluate credit opportunities and endorse qualified loan and credit applications with complete documentation.
• Partner with branch operations and support teams to ensure excellent customer service and overall business growth.
