Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• Proven ability to generate CASA deposits and grow account portfolios.
• Skilled in maintaining and enhancing client relationships through regular engagement and cross-selling.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute business generation programs to increase depositors and funds.
• Conduct market surveys to identify prospective clients and tailor products accordingly.
• Make regular calls and presentations to prospective clients and submit Call Reports.
• Cross-sell bank products and coordinate with internal teams to enhance client relationships.
• Provide guidelines to branch staff on relationship scope and cross-selling opportunities.
• Ensure attainment of business volume and budget targets.
• Coordinate with Branch Manager to train staff on products and service quality.
