Job summary

You will oversee end-to-end distribution, inventory integrity, and retail merchandising while building a high-performance team and strong partnerships with distributors and stores.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales strategy and revenue growth across multi-brand channels.
• Proven ability to manage distribution and consignment processes.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Experience in retail merchandising and planogram execution.
• Analytical skills to monitor KPIs and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual sales plans to achieve revenue targets across multi-brand retail stores, wholesale partners, and consignment channels.
• Oversee end-to-end distribution to retail branches, wholesale accounts, and consignment partners.
• Partner with marketing to ensure planogram adherence and POS material deployment.
• Lead, mentor, and train sales and distribution teams; manage recruitment and onboarding.
