Job summary

SUN BATTLEDORE INC in the Philippines seeks a Consignment & B2B/Outright Business Assistant to coordinate orders, inventory, deliveries, and customer requirements, ensuring smooth transactions and strong account support.

This role handles documentation, reporting, invoicing, and coordination with warehouse, logistics, and accounting, while maintaining accurate records and assisting in process improvements across channels.

Qualifications

• College graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Supply Chain or related field.
• Experience in B2B, wholesale, consignment, sales administration or account coordination.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Detail-oriented with ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
• Able to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
• Proactive, dependable and results-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of the Consignment and B2B/Outright business.
• Coordinate with customers and accounts regarding orders, product availability, deliveries, and other requirements.
• Process and monitor B2B/Outright orders from placement to delivery and completion.
• Monitor consignment accounts, including inventory, sales movement, replenishment, returns, and other requirements.
• Coordinate with Warehouse and Logistics for stock allocation, order preparation, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor inventory availability and identify replenishment needs.
• Prepare and maintain sales orders, delivery documents, invoices, and consignment records.
• Monitor deliveries, pending orders, returns, shortages, and discrepancies and coordinate resolutions.
• Assist in monitoring sales performance, inventory movement, and account balances.
• Prepare regular sales, inventory, order status, consignment, and account reports for management.
• Coordinate with Accounting regarding billing, collections, payments, and account concerns.
• Maintain accurate customer, account, product, pricing, and transaction records.
• Assist in monitoring compliance with B2B/Outright and Consignment terms and conditions.
• Support account activation, product listing, and presentations for customers.
• Coordinate with Sales, RSOD, Warehouse, Logistics, Accounting, Marketing, and Product/Brand teams for smooth execution.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of all transactions and records.
• Assist in improving processes and systems for Consignment and B2B/Outright operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
