• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales or area/store coordination.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel between multiple store locations.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store with product recommendations and purchases.
• Visit assigned stores to ensure merchandising, cleanliness, and visual standards.
• Coordinate promotions and marketing rollouts with store teams.
• Assist in stock receiving, transfer, and inventory counting; monitor SMMS.
• Support training of new store staff on sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Provide timely sales and inventory reports to Head Office.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
