We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing exceptional service to customers, maintaining a well-presented store, and supporting daily retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Greet and assist customers with product selection, queries, and purchases to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Sales Support: Achieve sales targets by promoting products, cross-selling, and upselling when appropriate.
• Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and fully stocked. Arrange displays and shelves to enhance visual appeal.
• Cash Handling: Process transactions accurately using the POS system, handle returns, and manage cash or card payments securely.
• Stock Management: Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organizing inventory. Monitor stock levels and report shortages to management.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with team members to meet store goals and maintain a positive work environment.
• Compliance: Adhere to company policies, including health and safety regulations, loss prevention, and customer confidentiality.

Education and Experience

• Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED).

Experience
