Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
  • Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Assist customers in finding products and provide product information.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
Sales Support
  • Process transactions accurately using the cash register or POS system.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to meet sales targets.
  • Promote ongoing sales, discounts, and loyalty programs.
Stock Management
  • Assist in restocking shelves and ensuring merchandise is displayed attractively.
  • Conduct stock checks and report shortages to the management.
  • Help with inventory counts and stockroom organization.
Store Maintenance
  • Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
  • Report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate department.
  • Follow health and safety guidelines.
Team Collaboration
  • Work effectively as part of a team to meet store goals.
  • Support new team members by providing guidance and training when required.
Educational Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Experience
