Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of a four-year course preferable Business, Entrepreneurship or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in retail operations is required.
• Knowledgeable in sales and marketing strategies is a plus.
• Strong analytical, numerical, problem solving, leadership, and people management skills are essential.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall store management
• Plans and directs the day-to-day operations
• Develops strategies to improve Customer Service
• Drive store sales, and increase profitability
• Ensures the proper implementation of processes, marketing promos, projects, schemes, merchandise display, and layout in all assigned stores through regular monitoring and gathering feedback
• Leads the team in building a strong sales and service culture with the operations team through effective coaching and mentoring

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of any four-year course preferable Business, Entrepreneurship or any related course
• Minimum of 2-3 year experience in retail operations
• Knowledgeable in sales and marketing strategies
• Must have strong analytical, numerical, problem solving, leadership, and people management skills
