Concentrix Philippines is hiring a Retail Account Customer Service Representative in Pasay City, Metro Manila. This full-time role handles customer inquiries, provides product information, processes orders, and ensures satisfaction across channels to drive loyalty and growth.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Fluent English communication and customer service experience preferred.
• Experience with CRM and customer service tools is a plus.

Mansioni

• Answer inbound calls, emails, and chat for retail customers.
• Provide product information to assist purchase decisions.
• Process orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately.
• Resolve complaints with empathy and solutions-focused approach.
