Pages Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Training Officer to develop people, strengthen service excellence, and improve sales and operations across Cebu branches.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years in training or customer service within hospitality or food retail, with strong English and local language skills, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Restaurant Management, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Training, Customer Service, Restaurant, Hospitality, or Food Retail.
• Restaurant operations or multi-branch experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop people and strengthen service excellence across all branches.
• Train Service Crew, Dining Staff, Cashiers, Kitchen Staff, Supervisors, and Managers.
• Create simple training modules, SOPs, checklists, and evaluations.
• Conduct onboarding, OJT, refresher training, coaching, and competency assessments.
• Travel to different branches for training.
