Job summary

Jollibee Group is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager in the Philippines to assist the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales targets through promotional activities for Packaged Programs. You will support the effective implementation of the store's programs and lead a team to deliver strong customer service.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree related to business or hospitality and 1–2 years of leadership experience in service industries.

Qualifications

Leadership experience in a service-oriented industry such as retail, hotel, restaurant or quick-service restaurant.
Strong customer management orientation with the ability to make decisions and take actions to meet customer needs.
People management capability in coaching, developing and supervising a team.
Knowledge of basic store operations with the capability to assess operational improvements, compliance to defined standards, sales and profitability.
Bachelor's Degree preferably in Food, Hotel and Restaurant Management or Administration and/or any Business Related course

Responsibilities
