Job summary

Jollibee Group is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager (ARM) to support the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales targets by recommending promotions for Packaged Programs and helping implement the store's programs. The ARM also helps implement the store's programs effectively and ensures quality guest service.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree, 1–2 years in a leadership role in service industries, and strong people management and customer service orientation to drive store

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food, Hotel and Restaurant Management or Business-related field.
• 1–2 years in a leadership role in a service-oriented industry.
