Nego Food Solution Corp. in Bulacan is seeking an on-site Operations Supervisor for a full-time role.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of experience and a High School diploma, with strong leadership and customer service skills to manage daily operations, inventory, and safety standards. The role involves supervising staff, handling cash transactions, preparing reports, and assisting in hiring while meeting KPIs for quality, service, and speed.

Qualifications

• 2 years minimum work experience preferred; 1-3 years indicated.
• On-site role based in Bulacan, Philippines.
• High school level education required.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays.
• Fast-paced restaurant environment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, lead the team, ensure customer service and maintain cleanliness.
