Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is an advantage.
• 1–3 years of supervisory or assistant managerial experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in POS systems, inventory management, and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth, efficient service.
• Support coaching and development of team members to meet goals.
• Monitor sales, labor productivity, inventory levels, and operating costs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and health regulations.

• Conduct staff training and performance monitoring.
• Prepare reports, work schedules, and other operational documents.
