Job summary

MOMO&RICE RESTAURANT in Ortigas Center, Pasig is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure smooth workflow, manage staff performance and discipline, and maintain cleanliness, hygiene, food safety, and service standards.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with willingness to handle hands-on tasks and support the team during peak hours. Long-term commitment is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant or food service management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Responsible, reliable, and able to handle daily operations independently
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle peak hours pressure
• Good communication skills and basic English are required
• Flexible with shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Experience in staff scheduling and daily operations management is an advantage
• Willing to perform hands-on tasks and support the team when needed
• Willing to work long-term

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Manage and supervise staff performance and discipline
• Handle cashiering and order taking, and support front operations when needed
• Manage staff scheduling and daily task assignments
• Ensure good customer service and handle customer concerns
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, food safety, and service standards
