Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field is required.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as Restaurant Manager in fine-dining or luxury hotel.
• Strong knowledge of food & beverage operations and guest service standards.
• Proven leadership, communication and team development skills.
