• Minimum 2 years experience in a luxury or upscale bar environment and at least 3 years in a senior bartender or leadership role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure exceptional guest service with friendly, discreet, and unobtrusive service during greeting, seating and service.
• Handle or relay guest inquiries and complaints to managers, ensuring problems are resolved satisfactorily.
• Foster positive guest and colleague relations and maintain good working relationships.
• Coordinate with kitchen on daily operations and quality control when appropriate.
• Conduct daily pre-shift briefings on preparation, service, and menu.
