Bigtime Empire Corporation is seeking a Restaurant Manager for a dual-brand operation (Pares Retiro Express & Sapporo) in Parañaque City. The role oversees daily restaurant operations, staff supervision, and adherence to company standards.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree, has relevant restaurant experience, and demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills. Shifts include weekends and holidays, and training is provided. Base salary is ₱25,000 per month.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant or food service operations.

• Willing to work shifting schedule, weekends, holidays, and peak seasons.
• Willing to work in a dual-brand operation: Pares Retiro Express & Sapporo.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead restaurant staff during daily operations.
• Monitor food quality, customer service, cleanliness, and store standards.
• Ensure proper implementation of company policies and operating procedures.
• Prepare staff schedules and assign daily work responsibilities.
• Address customer concerns and operational issues professionally and promptly.
• Monitor inventory, sales, cash handling, and store reports.
• Train, coach, and motivate team members to improve performance.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace standards.
