Job summary

Pares Retiro Express & Sapporo in Parañaque City is hiring a Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily store operations, lead the restaurant team, and ensure excellent customer service while upholding company standards.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree or college graduate with relevant restaurant or food service experience, plus strong leadership and communication skills, and a willingness to work shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Experience in restaurant or food service operations is required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills are essential.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, including weekends, holidays, and peak seasons.
• Willing to be assigned to dual-brand operation: Pares Retiro Express & Sapporo.
• Willing to undergo 1-month training at Shaw Boulevard, Oranbo, Pasig City.
• Willing to be assigned in San Dionisio, Parañaque City.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead restaurant staff during daily operations.
• Monitor food quality, service, cleanliness, and store standards.
• Ensure proper implementation of company policies and procedures.
• Manage staff scheduling and daily work assignments.
• Handle customer concerns and operational issues professionally.
• Monitor inventory, sales, cash handling, and other store reports.
• Train, coach, and motivate team members.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
