Qualifications

• Proven experience as Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, or Operations Supervisor in F&B
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate a diverse team

• Solid understanding of restaurant financial management, inventory control, and POS systems
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-standard service
• Recruit, train, mentor, and schedule floor staff, baristas, and kitchen teams to foster a positive and productive work environment
• Handle guest inquiries and feedback proactively, ensuring every visitor enjoys a memorable experience
• Monitor stock levels, manage ordering and supplier relationships, track daily sales, and implement cost-control measures
• Maintain strict adherence to health, sanitation, and safety regulations across all areas of the establishment

About you
