New York Buffalo Brads/Wingers Unlimited is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Manager to run day-to-day operations, lead the team, and maintain high standards of service. You will own the floor, manage guests, and drive results.

The role covers team leadership, daily operations, guest experience, financials, inventory, compliance, safety, marketing, and reporting. You will coach staff, monitor KPIs, and work with ownership to grow the business.

• Strong leadership and coaching ability.
• Excellent guest-service focus and communication skills.
• Proven track record in restaurant operations or management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day restaurant operations and staff scheduling.
• Own the floor during service and ensure smooth guest experiences.
• Manage reservations, floor flow and peak-hour efficiency.
• Oversee P&L, food/labor costs, and reporting on sales and margins.
• Order supplies, negotiate with vendors, track inventory and reduce waste.
• Enforce food safety, sanitation, liquor, and labor regulations; maintain permits.

About the role We're looking for a hands-on Restaurant Manager to run day-to-day operations, lead the team, and keep guests coming back. You'll own the floor, the numbers, and the standards.

Main responsibilities

• Team leadership: Recruit, train, schedule, and coach front and back of house; set shift expectations and hold the team accountable.
• Daily operations: Open and close the restaurant, manage reservations and floor flow, and keep service consistent during peak hours.
• Guest experience: Maintain service standards, resolve complaints on the spot, and monitor reviews and feedback.
• Financials: Manage the P&L, control food, labor, and operating costs, and report on sales and margins.
• Inventory and vendors: Order supplies, track stock, negotiate with suppliers, and reduce waste and shrinkage.
• Compliance: Enforce food safety, sanitation, liquor, and labor regulations; keep permits and certifications current.
• Health and safety: Run safety checks, maintain equipment, and respond to incidents and emergencies.
• Marketing and growth: Support promotions, local partnerships, and events that drive traffic and repeat visits.
• Reporting: Track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and coordinate with ownership or head office.
