Job summary

MCW Restaurant Group is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager to oversee repair, upkeep, and preventive maintenance across our restaurants, commissary, and support facilities. The role ensures safety, compliance, and operations stay aligned with company standards.

Responsibilities include planning maintenance, coordinating technicians and contractors, monitoring costs, and maintaining detailed service records. A practical, proactive leader will reduce downtime and extend equipment life.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Engineering, Facilities Management, or any related course.
• At least 5 years of experience in maintenance, facilities, or engineering management.
• Experience in restaurants or multi-branch operations preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, kitchen equipment, refrigeration, and building maintenance.
• Able to manage technicians, contractors, suppliers, and service providers.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance needs of restaurant branches, commissary, and offices.
• Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, kitchen equipment and building systems.
• Respond to urgent repair requests and minimize downtime.
• Supervise in-house maintenance staff, technicians, and third-party contractors.
• Inspect branches regularly to identify repair needs and safety concerns.
• Coordinate repair requests, approvals, materials, and service providers with Operations and Finance.
• Monitor maintenance costs and ensure repairs stay within budgets.
• Maintain records of repairs, service reports, warranties, and equipment history.
