Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related field).
• 5–7 years of engineering experience with at least 3 years in a managerial/supervisory role, preferably in hospitality.
• Knowledge of maintenance management systems and inventory control.
• Strong analytical skills with data- and dashboard-driven decision making.
• Proven leadership, planning, and problem-solving abilities.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Facilities Manager will lead and oversee all maintenance and facility management activities across the restaurant network. This role ensures that kitchen equipment, utilities, and building systems are operating at peak performance to support food safety, efficiency, and operational excellence.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Oversee the full maintenance operations across all restaurant branches
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) programs
• Manage capital projects including major repairs and equipment upgrades
• Ensure all equipment and facilities operate efficiently to support uninterrupted restaurant operations
• Ensure all equipment supports food safety, quality, and speed of service
• Lead the entire Repair and Maintenance Department, including Assistant Manager, Supervisors, and technicians
• Define performance expectations, conduct evaluations, and provide coaching
• Utilize Ticketing System and internal dashboards to track equipment performance, downtime, and maintenance costs
• Control maintenance costs through effective vendor management and resource planning
• Work closely with Operations, Supply Chain, QA/Food Safety, and Finance departments

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related field)
• Minimum 5–7 years of engineering experience with at least 3 years in a managerial/supervisory role, preferably in the restaurant, hospitality, or food & beverage industry
• Knowledge in maintenance management systems and inventory control
• Strong analytical skills — comfortable using data and dashboards to diagnose issues and drive decisions
• Proficiency with Maintenance Management Systems
• Strong people leadership, communication, and planning/problem-solving skills
