Job summary

KFC Philippines is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales targets, and ensure exceptional guest service at a busy outlet in Metro Manila.

You will lead and motivate a team, execute Local Store Marketing programs, manage business planning per store, and maintain control of inventory and restaurant financials while upholding health, safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in restaurant operations or a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
• Basic understanding of restaurant financials and inventory management.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and handling cash transactions.
