Qualifications

• 1-3 years front office or hotel experience, supervisory role preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise opening, mid, and closing shifts.
• Lead and support front-of-house staff including servers and hosts.
• Monitor service flow and guest satisfaction on the floor.
• Handle guest concerns and resolve issues professionally.
• Conduct pre-shift briefings and coaching.
• Monitor POS transactions and daily sales reports.
• Assist with inventory checks and ensure food and beverage quality.
• Ensure sanitation, safety, and company policies are followed.
• Assist management during peak operations and in their absence.
• Prepare shift reports and communicate concerns to management.
