Job summary

Ador's Bakeshop is seeking a Training Specialist to design and deliver practical training for bakery and restaurant teams across branches. The role focuses on customer service, communication, teamwork, and leadership, coaching staff from Sales Associates to Branch Managers.

You will conduct classroom, on-the-job, and branch-based training, visiting branches regularly to coach and measure impact. Strong facilitation and a background in hospitality training are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field as listed in qualifications.
• 2–4 years of experience in training, learning and development or hospitality.
• Experience training frontline teams and supervisors/managers preferred.
• Restaurant/bakery/hospitality experience is a plus.
• Strong presentation, facilitation and communication skills.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver practical training for bakery and restaurant teams.
• Lead customer service, communication, teamwork and leadership programs.
• Coach employees during branch visits and monitor training effectiveness.
• Create onboarding and refresher training modules and job aids.
• Conduct classroom, on-the-job, and branch-based training sessions.
• Assess training outcomes with quizzes, assessments and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with Operations Excellence & Training Manager to set priorities.
