Job summary

Samba Bluewater Resort is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee all accounting and financial operations for our restaurant division. The role ensures accurate financial records, effective cost control, and timely reporting to management.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of relevant experience in hospitality accounting, strong Excel skills, and proficiency with accounting software. You will lead a team, coordinate payroll, and ensure tax compliance while maintaining strong

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
At least 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
Experience in restaurant, food service, hospitality, or retail accounting is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations.
Prepare and review monthly financial statements and management reports.
Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow, and operating expenses.
Review payroll computations and employee-related expenses.
Oversee inventory accounting, including receiving, stock issuances, wastage, spoilage, and inventory variances.
Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconciliation.
