Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Tax or Audit resource management, workforce planning, project staffing, operations.
• Experience managing resource allocation, capacity planning, utilization, and workforce forecasting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret workforce, utilization, and operational performance data.

Responsibilities

• Allocate resources based on skills, experience level, and availability.
• Partner with leaders to balance workloads and align staffing with client commitments.
• Monitor capacity, utilization, and forecast accuracy; identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Resolve staffing conflicts and communicate decisions effectively.
• Lead recurring resource alignment meetings focused on supply and demand.
