In this role, you will contribute to process cleanup and improvement efforts, ensure effective records and document management, and provide operational support across branches as needed. Key Responsibilities

• Cleanup activities related to Rural Bank’s transformation
• Projects that will arise relevant to Rural Bank’s transformation.
• Primary Reliever for Branch Operations-related processes based on the Relief Arrangement. This covers both Sta Rosa Branch and Bacoor Branch.
• Point person for Records Management
• Bank Forms inventory and document control/version monitoring
• Assist to identify processes for improvement and work closely with Branch Operations Manager and Branch Operations Head.
