Job summary

The Philippine Football Federation is seeking a Resource Mobilization Specialist or Officer to join our team in Carmona, Cavite. This full-time role focuses on coordinating and optimizing human and material resources for federation programmes, events, and activities.

The ideal candidate will have a background in resource planning or logistics, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Flexible hours may be required during major events or tournaments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; diploma or degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management or a related field is preferred
• Proven experience in resource planning, allocation, logistics coordination or administrative support roles
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic database management
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and documentation
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances
• Knowledge of or interest in football and sports administration is advantageous
• Willingness to work flexible hours during major events or tournaments
• Reliability and demonstrated commitment to organizational goals

Responsibilities

• Identify, coordinate and mobilize internal and external resources required for Federation programmes, events and competitions
• Develop and maintain resource allocation schedules and databases to optimise efficiency and availability
• Liaise with various departments and stakeholders to assess resource needs and ensure timely procurement and distribution
• Monitor resource utilisation and provide regular reports on allocation and usage patterns
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate logistics for equipment, materials and supplies
• Support the planning and coordination of Federation events, tournaments and training sessions
• Maintain detailed records and documentation of all resource-related activities and transactions
• Assist in budget tracking and cost control measures related to resource allocation
• Collaborate with administrative teams to streamline processes and improve resource management efficiency
• Respond to ad hoc resource requests and provide administrative support as needed
