Job summary

The Philippine Football Federation is seeking a Marketing Staff to join our marketing and communications team in Carmona, Cavite. This full-time role focuses on promoting our organisation, events and initiatives, developing and executing marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and engage stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, marketing coordination, communications or a related role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling marketing content.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Excellent organisational and project management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving mindset with ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development, implementation and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels including digital, social media, print and events
• Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, websites and other marketing materials that align with the Federation's brand guidelines
• Support the organisation and promotion of football events, tournaments and activities, including coordination of promotional materials and communications
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify marketing opportunities and inform strategic decision-making
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent and effective brand messaging across all touchpoints
• Assist with the management of marketing databases, email campaigns and customer relationship management activities
• Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, engagement metrics and return on investment
• Support the coordination of sponsorship activations, partnerships and promotional initiatives
• Assist with graphic design, video editing and multimedia content production as required
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of marketing trends, digital platforms and best practices within the sports industry
