Philippine Disaster Resilience Foundation (PDRF) is seeking a Senior Resource Mobilization Officer to drive fundraising initiatives, identify funding opportunities, and strengthen donor relationships across local, national, and international levels.

The role requires a bachelor's degree and at least five years in resource mobilization or fundraising, with proven ability to build partnerships, manage projects, and report on performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in resource mobilization or fundraising, preferably in a nonprofit organization at national or international level.
• Proven ability to develop partnerships and engage stakeholders across organizational, local, and international levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement resource mobilization and fundraising strategies.
• Identify and pursue grants, donations, partnerships, and other funding opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective donors and partners.
• Represent PDRF in donor meetings and resource mobilization platforms.
• Plan and support fundraising campaigns, events, and outreach initiatives.
• Collaborate with Finance and other teams on budgets and resource mobilization activities.
• Track fundraising performance, analyze data, and prepare reports.
• Ensure transparency, accountability, and compliance with ethical standards.
• Advocate for PDRF's mission and communicate impact to strengthen donor engagement.

About the role

The Senior Resource Mobilization Officer will help drive the Foundation's resource mobilization efforts by developing fundraising strategies, cultivating donor relationships, identifying new funding opportunities, and strengthening partnerships with stakeholders at the local, national, and international levels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive resource mobilization and fundraising strategies
• Identify and pursue grants, donations, partnerships, and other funding opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective donors and partners
• Represent PDRF in donor meetings and relevant resource mobilization platforms
• Plan and support fundraising campaigns, events, and outreach initiatives
• Collaborate with Finance and other teams on budgets and resource mobilization activities

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Management, Development Studies, International Relations, Project Management, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in resource mobilization or fundraising, preferably in a nonprofit organization at the national or international level
• Proven experience in partnership development and stakeholder engagement across organizational, local, and international levels
• Strong track record in resource mobilization and developing successful funding opportunities
• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, organizational, leadership, and project management skills
• Ability to work effectively in diverse, cross-cultural, and high-pressure environments
• Strong ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners
