Job summary

Philippine Football Federation in Carmona, Cavite is seeking a skilled Competitions Manager to oversee all federation-sanctioned football competitions. This full-time role focuses on planning, coordinating, and delivering high-quality tournaments while maintaining regulatory compliance and efficient operations.

You will work closely with clubs, referees, venues, and marketing teams to promote competitions and maintain records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent professional experience in sports competition management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing sports competitions or sports event coordination, preferably within football or a similar team sport.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Filipino is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and oversee all federation-sanctioned football competitions from grassroots to senior national tournaments.
• Develop competition schedules, formats and regulations aligned with FIFA standards and federation policies.
• Manage competition budgets and allocate resources efficiently across tournaments.
• Liaise with clubs, referees, venues and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery.
• Maintain accurate competition records, statistics and documentation for all tournaments.
