Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel/resort management systems.
• Willing to work weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.
• Willing to be assigned to Evo City Ayala Land.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the overall operations of the resort.
• Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Supervise and lead department heads and resort staff.
• Monitor the cleanliness, maintenance, and safety of resort facilities.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
• Manage budgets, control expenses, and maximize revenue.
• Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing team to increase bookings and occupancy.
• Handle guest concerns, complaints, and special requests professionally.
• Prepare operational reports and present performance updates to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and government requirements.
• Conduct staff training, performance evaluations, and employee development.
