Job summary

Citiworks Manpower Resources, Corp. in Cavite is hiring an on-site Marketing Supervisor. The role requires 2–3 years of experience in marketing, hospitality, resort, or hotel operations, with supervisory responsibilities.

You will develop marketing strategies, manage digital campaigns, coordinate with travel agencies and corporate clients, and supervise daily resort operations to deliver excellent guest experiences. Flexibility for weekends and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in marketing, hospitality, resort, or hotel operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of marketing strategies, digital marketing, and social media management.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase resort occupancy and revenue.
• Manage social media accounts and online promotions.
• Coordinate with travel agencies, corporate clients, and event organizers to generate bookings.
• Plan and execute promotional events, packages, and seasonal campaigns.
• Supervise the daily operations of the resort, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Monitor staff performance, provide training, and maintain high service standards.
• Handle guest concerns, complaints, and special requests professionally.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of resort facilities.
• Prepare sales, marketing, and operational reports for management.
• Monitor budgets, inventory, and operational expenses related to marketing and resort activities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat visits and positive reviews.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and local tourism standards.
