Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in marketing or hospitality management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and consumer behavior.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily marketing activities to promote the resort.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase occupancy rates.
• Coordinate with the sales team to optimize guest experiences.
• Ensure all promotional materials are updated and effectively communicated.
• Monitor competitor marketing strategies and adjust plans accordingly.
