Job summary

Reca Resort Inc. is seeking a Resort Facility Maintenance Technician to ensure guest rooms, grounds, and amenities stay safe and appealing. You will handle routine repairs, preventative maintenance, and respond to urgent guest service requests to uphold a 5-star experience.

You will work across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, assist in pool and spa areas, document work in CMMS, and participate in on-call rotations while following safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience in general facility maintenance and basic repairs.
• Familiarity with CMMS or similar maintenance logging.
• Ability to respond to guest service requests promptly.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine repairs in guest rooms, common areas, dining facilities and exteriors.
• Address HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry tasks as needed.
• Maintain safety through compliance with OSHA-like protocols and LOTO.
• Log repairs and inventory usage into CMMS and generate reports.
• Assist in preventative maintenance and on-call emergency repairs.
