Job summary

JPCG Tiresmart Concept Corporation in Davao City is seeking a maintenance associate to keep resort facilities, equipment, and guest areas safe and functional through routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and timely repairs. The role requires a Senior High School graduate with basic trades knowledge and at least 1 year of maintenance experience.

Qualifications

Senior High School graduate; technical/vocational training is an advantage.
At least 1 year of relevant maintenance experience preferred.
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general repairs.
Able to use basic maintenance tools and equipment properly.
Willing to work on weekends, holidays, shifting schedules, and emergencies.
Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Willing to be assigned in Toril, Davao City.

Responsibilities

Inspect resort facilities, guest rooms, common areas, pool areas, and equipment for maintenance concerns.
Perform preventive maintenance and basic repairs involving electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general facilities.
Attend promptly to maintenance requests from all departments.
Check water pumps, water lines, drainage, lighting, air-conditioning units, and other essential equipment.
Assist with pool and resort facility maintenance and event setup requirements.
Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies properly.
Record completed repairs and report major defects, safety hazards, and required technical services.
Follow safety procedures and keep work areas clean and orderly.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
