Job summary

ARDESIA RESORT & SPA is seeking a hands-on maintenance technician in Angeles to keep resort facilities in top condition. You will perform preventive maintenance and repairs across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical systems.

You will inspect facilities, respond to repair requests, and ensure tools and work areas are safe and organized. The role requires honesty, reliability, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent; TESDA certification is an advantage.
• At least 1 year of building or facility maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of electrical, air conditioning, and general repairs.
• Able to use hand and power tools safely.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends and holidays when needed.
• Honest, dependable, and able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repair of resort facilities and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and minor mechanical issues.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from different departments.
• Ensure all tools, equipment, and work areas are clean, organized, and safe.
• Assist with installation, replacement, and maintenance of fixtures and equipment.
• Monitor utility systems and report any irregularities.
• Follow safety procedures and company maintenance standards.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
